FUNCTIONAL ASSEMBLE OF THE OBJECTS
The object is designed in accordance with the Preliminary Design for residential purpose with flooring Su+P+2+Pk.
The level of entrance into the object is raised for 137 cm in relation to the level of the side-walk on the front side of the object. At the level of the approaching street there are arranged parking places. The parking space is ultimately processed with behaton boards. In the basement beside the object’s entrance there is a pantry (under which there is the reservoir with drinking water with the capacity of V=16 m3) with water-pump (hydrofore).
On other floors there are organized, per each, two residential units of the type suit.
The approach to the floors is organized in the object’s central part by two-pole stairs and hallway.
It has been designed in total 8 residential units of type suit, and each of them has the surface of 72,90+30,30 m2 (103,20 m2).
Pavements, ceilings and walls
The pavements in every sanitary vacancy and kitchen are designed from ceramic tiles.
The pavements on the terraces will be made from pavement un-sliding ceramic tiles resistant to frost with appropriate incline towards the terrace’s edge. The grounding for placing the tiles is cement mortar under which hydro-isolation is predicted. By every contact on the walls there will be a sokli.
The pavements in residential vacancies are designed from classic beech parquet of I class. The pavements in the joint communications are predicted to be made of un-sliding ceramic tiles.
All interior walls in the residential vacancies are plastered and finally processed in the technique Spanish wall while the ceilings are processed with half-dispersion. The ceilings in the bathroom, hallway and the kitchen are lowered, processed gypsum with carton boards.
